Lily Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Exceptionally friendly staff, always ready to serve with a smile. Location and Dive Center are all above and beyond. 5 star service at its best ?

Although Lily Maa restaurant claims not to reserve tables for guests, specifically evenings, we found this not to to be case, and was difficult over the first few dinners to find a suitable table due to all the hot spots being reserved. This we found a big negative in comparison to other resorts visited in the Maldives.Dive Boat, not owned by the Prodivers, needs to have roll down side screens to better protect passengers against rough seas and rain storms.

The care they have for first time guests but also the additional perks you get when coming back. The food is amazing, the reef is beautiful.

- The island is beautiful and the reef looks nice.- The staff was generally friendly.- They have a good massage therapist: Martini.- The menu at Lily Maa is pretty good for lunch and dinner. Drinks package has a good white wine from New Zealand and Moet as champagne.

- In the first night, I found 2 big cockroaches in the outside bathroom. While I understand this is an island and the villa is inside vegetation, I don’t expect finding them ar a 5* resort. I reported this to the staff and they said they are going to disinfect it — I never knew if they actually did this or not, they haven’t confirmed. At least I didn’t see the bugs anymore. -1 point for this.- The rooms and the hotel itself is pretty dated, it heavily needs renovation. The air conditioning has never been cleaned, it had 2cm of dust on its blades. The tiles in the shower look old and broken and the jacuzzi outside is impractical and also looks very old, we only tried it once. This is at best 4* conditions. -1 point for this.- I booked a manta ray and whale shark trip. In the morning, the weather was clearly pretty bad (very cloudy, sometimes raining). I asked at the reception if the trip happens because conditions are bad or if we can delay for the next day, they said yes because the ocean is calm. That was a blatant lie, the ocean was terrible, the currents were strong and we could barely enjoy seeing a single manta ray. We then went to try and search a whale shark, which we never found, the waves were big, the ocean was hectic. Lost money for no good experience, despite asking them and expecting to be reasonable. Another -1 point for this.- They provide a lounge which is not very functional (balcony door doesn’t close, seaplane noises come in and the bites offered are minimal) before the seaplane. We were initially told we get the 3:00 PM seaplane, but in thend we got the 4:30 PM one. Despite some guests which arrived at the same time as us getting on a 3:00 PM seaplane.- The cocktails are inconsistent across bars. The Spirit Bar and Vibes Bar have good cocktails delivered in a timely manner. The Aqva bar takes a lot to get the cocktails done and they are a lot less alcoholic. The Beach Bar staff always looks annoyed when you ask them for anything.

Relaxing the minute you arrive. Staff couldn’t do enough, friendly and professional. Apartment beautiful, beach outstanding. Food selection was amazing and fresh.

Loved everything, only one thing I would mention, if you go to the spa add 20% tax as the prices do not include this.

Everything was great, the location, the staff, the room, the food, we really had a great time at Lily.

We left my husband's pullover on the sunbed in front of our villa and called the hotel as soon as we arrived at Male with the seaplane. They never called us back, although promised to check it and give us a call after. I had to reach out to them via different platforms (whatsapp, booking etc) asking if they have found it. They said no, which is obviously hard to believe. I also offered to pay for the shipping cost when sending this back to us, but they just did not really care to spend any effort on it. This is just a nuance probably, but I would expect a bit more support from a 5 star hotel.

The food was incredible, variety, quality, options, service, everything fantastic, breakfast lunch and dinner.

Amazing location, great house reef, fantastic room and beautiful food every day. The food and drinks in the all inclusive was particularly impressive.

Small issue with WiFi going down in room for over a day and Jacuzzi wasn’t fully functional but minor issues.

The in house reef snorkelling was amazing, you can see so many different type of colourful fishes. And the food is good ? i especially enjoyed the feeding at 9pm… have never seen so many sharks and stingrays congregate tgt right at the main jetty.

Nothing. It is just a little further than the ones near to airport but definitely worth it. U will not get the same maldives experience and this is so worthwhile.

The restaurant around the pool area was perfect

Had an amazaing stay at Lilys. The island’s house reef is amazing! We snorkeled with colorful fishes and reef sharks. The island itself is lush and feels like a tropical paradise.The buffet in the evening was great. The food was fantastic at Vibes and Aqua. All the staff they are amazing and will take care of you. As a cocktail lover, I was impressed—every drink was perfectly prepared!

Thoughtfully provided amenities—toothbrushes, razors, combs, shower caps, slippers, plush robes, and endless towels. A private infinity pool with a jacuzzi, filled with perfectly warm, crystal-clear water. A unique outdoor bathroom, where you can gaze at fish while taking a shower. A super-comfy king-sized bed with the freshest linens, plus a cozy daybed ideal for lounging with premium-quality TV and music systems. A fully stocked minibar—soft drinks, alcohol, snacks, and treats, all included! A spectacular glass floor panel, giving a mesmerizing view of marine life beneath your feet, day and night. Reliable high-speed internet—no lag, perfect for video calls and streaming. Everything in the villa was designed for absolute comfort—10/10 perfection!

Everything!!! The hotel was perfect, the personnel very kind. As french people we really appreciate the champagne, wine and cheese. The food was really good special mention for the tuna. We are Diver and we had a great experience with the diving center. I recommend 100% this hotel ! Thank you so much for the wonderful holidays in this little paradise.

Lily Beach Resort exceeded all our expectations!Everything was just perfect: tasty food at the buffet and à la carte, good and attentive service, and a home reef with a lot of sea life (we saw stingrays, small sharks and moray eel)??.We stayed in a water villa and it was amazing experience? We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Lily Beach Resort, despite encountering some rain during three of our seven days. Our beach villa provided excellent value for money, especially given that we visited during peak season. The service throughout our stay was nothing short of excellent; we truly felt special and well-cared for at all times. A highlight for us was the Aqua Bar, which offers a delightful adults-only à la carte lunch. Our waiter, Suranga, provided outstanding service, and the selection of food and drinks was impressive. Additionally, the Spirit Bar, located at the reception, featured a fantastic collection of aged whiskeys and French champagnes, all included in our all-inclusive package. Each evening, we enjoyed live entertainment there, creating a lovely atmosphere for relaxation after dinner. We were also impressed by the buffet restaurant, Lily Maa, which offered themed dinners each night. As avid fish lovers, we particularly appreciated the dedicated "fish market" booth, showcasing an array of fresh fish options to choose from each evening. The house reef was another highlight of our stay, teeming with vibrant marine life and colorful corals, making for memorable snorkeling experiences. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to General Manager Mr. Laurent Driole for his warm welcome upon our arrival and his respectful attention throughout our visit. We look forward to returning to this exceptional resort in the future!

This was our first time to Lily Beach and we loved it. We had booked a beach villa but upgraded after two nights to a beach suite with pool and it made a huge difference. The beach villas are quite dark, small, and old, whereas the beach suite is beautiful, big, and full of light. The house reef is really good and very close to the beach. The food is absolutely amazing. We went on a snorkeling excursion and saw both mantas and a whale shark.One touch that we especially liked was that the island manager and all senior staff were very visible, walking around every day to chat with guests. They were always smiling and open for feedback.

We loved this island and want to come back some day. One suggestion to perhaps stand out from the other islands would be to have a real barista and serve really nice coffee.

It is close to the airport, 25 min seaplane.The staff made our vacation perfect.Highly reccommend the hotel, this was our best vacation ever.Food is great.

Extremely stressful stay, complete lack of accountability by the hotel and their management for employing a criminal who stole our money.

Everything from checkin to checkout, staff incredibly friendly, food and drinks top notch and house reef fantastic with good abundance of fish and sharks.

After sales service through the Lily App was difficult at times trying to get hold of an assistant who would reply timorously. I had to call the service line on 3 occasions to resolve a transfer problem that I received no reply on from emails and messages on the App..

Separate quiet, child-free zone and a separate zone for families with kids. This is a very clever solution.Fantastic variety of food and drink selectionRenovated rooms are huge and very well-organized.Kokky parrot! We miss him so much!

The only thing I would improve is cocktail-making skills for barmens. Some of them are good, but some are not. Apart from that, we are in love with this cozy island.

Our beach villa had very nice view and convenient distance with buggy to all other facilities. Food overall excellent as well as staff. Superb and very professional PADI dive center.

Not a major issue but soon time for maintenance across the facilities.
